  • Oncom Merah Home Industry is a home industry which manufacturing the traditional food based from the soybean sediment. The marketing strategy which currently applied is not effective to interest the consumers. The main purpose of this research is to establish the right marketing strategy of Oncom Merah. The respondents of this research were taken by census method with aggregate as much as 24 respondents. To get the data from the respondents is by using interview method. SWOT analysis is used in this research to evaluate the current marketing strategy and to establish the right marketing strategy of Oncom Merah. Based on the SWOT matrix analysis, the Oncom Merah Home industry is in the cell V position now, which it is mean that the Oncom Merah Home industry is being able to hold and maintain with the alternative strategies are by using the market penetration and product developing. By using those alternative strategies, hoped that Oncom Merah will interesting more consumers and getting the significant revenue.
