- The purpose of this study was as a prerequisite for completing the course, comparative theoretical science from college with practice in the world of work, increase knowledge in the field of marketing, to determine the level of customer satisfaction of services sales and leasing cars what has been done by PT Tunas Toyota Branch Serang. The method used is descriptive method. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary, were obtained from interviews and company reports. Methods of data collection is done by the research literature study and field study. From the discussion, explained that PT Tunas Toyota Branch has been using three factors of customer satisfaction that is Quality Products, Quality Service and Emotional as well as the satisfaction factor Credible ie Tangibles, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance. Implementation of the level of customer satisfaction of the sales and leasing at PT Tunas Toyota Branch Serang has been good. The statisfaction rate of customer sales service & leasing aims to increase sales volume, in addition to developing the feedback from customers, attract customers and instill the image of the good name of the company.
