  • Centres for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (BP3K) is a counseling agency that is located at the sub-district level. The success of counseling BP3K Pontang sub-district, one of which can be seen from the quality of extension services provided to farmers auxiliaries. Whether it has been meeting the needs and interests of farmers in the region of surrogate or not. Purpose of this study was to identify the quality of agricultural extension services in the Pontang sub-district, and measure the level of satisfaction on service quality rice farmers in the Pontang sub-district agricultural extension. The research was conducted from May to August 2016, the survey method by sampling using purposive sampling of the entire population of rice farmers in the Pontang sub-district. Processing data using analysis of IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). Results from the study showed that the quality of agricultural extension services BP3K Pontang sub-district has fulfilled the expectations rice farmers in the Pontang sub-district, and the satisfaction levels of rice farmers on the quality of agricultural extension services in the Pontang sub-district at the level of satisfaction.
