- The Purpose of writing report is to know the good accounting system requirements associated with capital expenditure and to determine the necessary documents at the capital expenditure at Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Serang. In this study, the method used is descriptive method . Writing this using primary data and secondary data obtained from Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Serang . Source of data derived from field studies and literature . Data were collected through interviews, and documentation. From the results obtained in the field, Accounting System Capital Expenditure at Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Serang has not agreed with Serang Regulation Regents No. 42 Year 2006.
