- This research was conducted at Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Serang which aims to see the extent of the process of preparing the budget realization report (LRA) at Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Serang. In writing this final report, the writer uses descriptive method. The data used in this paper is the primary data and secondary data. Source of data derived from interviews and literature. Data collection methods used by the writer of the interview method, the method of literature, and documentation. From the results of this study indicate that the Process of Budget Realization Report at Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Serang generally the accordance with the provisions of the Indonesian Government Regulation No. 71 of 2010 concerning the Government Accounting Standards Accrual Based Ministry / Agency.
