  • This research based on the low result of student’s science scoore which is still low and the teaching method still focussed on teacher center futhermore the student’s learning process is still pasive. The arms of this research is to in crease the student’s science scoore by using cooperative learning type STAD. The subject of this research ware 32 student’s of four class. This research was use CAR (Classroom Action Research) method. The research done with second cycle II which refers to the research accordance to spiral groove Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. This research used test result and student’s and teacher as the data collection. The results showed an increase of cycle I to cycle II. The average value of the cycle I achive 65 with percentage 68,75% white the average value of the cycle II achive 75 white percentage 87,5% it show is that the indicator of success that las been achieved. This research concluded that a study using cooperative learning type STAD can improve student’s science scoore a still grade
