- The need for rice as a staple food of Indonesian society currently increased along with the higher population growth, but this was not accompanied by a sufficient supply of rice. The purpose of this experiment was to determine the best dose of the combination of PSB inoculants and the type of P fertilizer on the growth of the rice crop. The experiment was conducted from November 2014 until January 2015 in the experimental garden centers Isotopes and Radiation Technology Applications - BATAN, Jakarta. The method used was randomized block design factorial pattern and repeated three times. The first factor is the type and dose of PSB inoculants with seven dose level of 0; 1 kg ha�1 Bacillus; 2 kg ha�1 Bacillus; 1 kg ha�1 Pseudomonas; 2 kg ha�1 Pseudomonas; a combination of 1 kg ha�1 Bacillus and Pseudomonas and the combination of 2 kg ha-1 Bacillus and Pseudomonas. The second factor is the type of P fertilizer with three levels doses of 0; 150 kg of Natural Phosphate and 100 kg ha-1 of SP-36. 32P isotope technique with A-value method is used to determine the available P and P in the crop-derive. The results showed the effect of interaction occurs between dose combination of 1 kg ha-1 Bacillus and Pseudomonas inoculants and 100 kg ha-1 SP-36 fertilizer. But for other variables such as crop height independently affected by dose combination of 2 kg ha-1 Bacillus and Pseudomonas inoculants, which gives an average of 108.17 cm crop height and to variable levels of P in the crop that gives the average P content of 2.36 mg P g-1 crops sample.
