- The purpose of this paper is to determine the procedures for granting mortgages (KPR) secondary facility at PT. Bank Jabar Banten (bjb bank) Branch Balaraja and to determine whether the procedures for granting mortgages (mortgages) are in accordance with the applicable procedures in theory. In this study, the method used is descriptive method. Writing using primary data and secondary data obtained from PT. Bank Jabar Banten (bjb bank), Tbk Branch Balaraja. Source of data derived from field studies and literature. The way of collecting data through observation, study the literature, documentation and interviews collected from PT. Bank Jabar Banten (bjb bank), Tbk Branch Balaraja. From the research results obtained in the field, namely lending procedures (mortgage) secondary facilities implemented by the company is not in accordance with the applicable procedures in theory it is in because there will be several procedures that are not run by the company.
