- The purpose of this research was to know determine the selection varieties derived of BC3F2 Situpatenggang line with IRBLkp-K60 and IRBLta2-Re blast resistance using molecular marker. This research was conducted April to july 2015 at the Laboratory of Molecular Biologycal BB Biogen and BB Padi Muara Greenhouse. The research using 3 varieties resistant, 306 seeds from crosses Situpatenggang x IRBLkp-K60 and 213 seeds from crosses Situpatenggang x IRBLta2-Re, isolate blas Race 173, and 13 specific markers. In a cross Situpatenggang x IRBLkp-K60 populationwas chosen which had a test resistant there were 17 plants, while the plant which have a moderate response resistant there were 7 plants. In a cross Situpatenggang x IRBLta2-Re with the selected population that have response selected test resistant was 16 plants, plant which had a resistant moderate response was 7 plants, and 1 susceptible plants. selected population that have lasting responses and to test genotype allel position have the same position IRBL which have a gene Pik-p and Pita2. The results showed the cross Situpatenggang x IRBLkp-K60 was chosen 15 selected population that is SPIRKAP3, SPIRKAP5, SPIRKAP18, SPIRKAP23, SPIRKAP36, SPIRKAP52, SPIRKAP77, SPIRKAP130, SPIRKAP134, SPIRKAP143, SPIRKAP190, SPIRKAP191, SPIRKAP242, SPIRKAP281 and SPIRKAP298. In a cross Situpatenggang x IRBLta2-Re was chosen 14 selected population that is SPIRTA3, SPIRTA4, SPIRTA5, SPIRTA6, SPIRTA17, SPIRTA22, SPIRTA25, SPIRTA47, SPIRTA48, SPIRTA55, SPIRTA67, SPIRTA85, SPIRTA101, and SPIRTA140.
