- Employee is one of companies that have important role. Without employee, a company can't operate properly. Therefore, employee that have high rules in their personality will generate high discipline to their company. The points of this study are, to find out a personal activity, to find out employee's task, to find out employee's social rutine , and to find out organization's activity in PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry Cabang Merak. This study is uses case study method with qualitative descriptive approach by conducting in-depth inverview, observation and documentation study. The data obtained from interview result to head of General division and Public Relations and supporting informer, which are take Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL). According to study's result that obtained through interview to all interviwees in the company, results symbolic process ritual as organization culture model that is shows that in all of thae 3 company's division are already occur work culture or behavior that had become a habit in work. However there is a culture deviate from existing organization culture model. In PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Cabang Merak�Banten company, personal rituel from Public Relations and General division show behave that is not reflects a good organization culture. The presence of bad organization work culture from that 3 divison is, because of deviation of seven major characteristics according to Robbins (2003). Still, there are also obstacle factor that is lack of discipline that is owned by employed.
