- The research was aimed to determine the dose of SP-36 fertilizer and chicken manure fertilizer on the number of root nodules and yield of soybean varieties Anjasmoro. The method used a Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) which consisted of two factors. The first factor was the SP36 (D) and the second factor was the chicken manure fertilizer (P). The first factor was SP36 (D), which consisted of 4 levels, they were : D0 = 0 kg / ha (without treatment), D1 = 75 kg / ha (22.5 g / plot), D2 = 150 kg / ha (45 g / plot), D3 = 225 kg / ha (67.5 g / plot) and the second factor was chicken manure fertilizer (P), which consisted of three levels, they are : P0 = 0 ton / ha (without treatment), P1 = 10 ton / ha (3 kg / plot), P2 = 20 tonnes / ha (6 kg / plot). Thus there are 12 combinations of treatments and each treatment repeated 3 times, so there were 36 experiment units. The parameters observed were the number of root nodules (fruit), wet seed weight (g), dry seed weight (g), the weight of dry stover (g) and weight of 100 seeds (g). The results showed that the SP36 with a dose of 150 kg / ha (D2) gave the best results only to the parameter of number of soybean root nodules (10.6 pieces). Chicken manure fertilizer application at a dose of 10 tonnes / ha (P2) provided the best results only to the parameters of wet soybean seed weight (191.4 g). There was interaction between SP36 fertilizer the interaction of the parameter the number of soybean root nodules at a dose of 150 kg/ha SP36 and 20 ton/ha chicken manure fertilizer (16 pieces).
