- Writing the final report aims to determine the accounting procedures and the provision of Secondary mortgages in PT. Regional Development Bank of West Java and Banten, Tbk Branch Balaraja. This final report method used descriptive method. And the type of data used are primary data is data obtained directly from the interview directly. Both secondary data is data obtained from documents and written material derived from BJB Bank Branch Balaraja. Based on the results of this apprentice indicates that the procedure of mortgage loans in the Bank BJB Branch Balaraja goes well according to the procedure that from the start the customer submits credit facilities, mortgages analysis, a final decision, and the realization of the credit. Accounting records granting mortgages Balaraja branch are in accordance with the theory that at the time of loan approval, disbursement of credit, loan payments and loan repayment.
