- This research was conducted at Bank BTN Kc Karawaci. Location of the study was taken because Bank BTN is a Bank that has specialized in providing subsidized mortgage loans. The purpose of writing this final report is to determine how the Granting Procedure subsidized housing loan and how the Accounting Record on Subsidized housing loan in the Savings Bank Negara (Persero) Kc Karawaci. The method used in the preparation of this thesis uses descriptive method. From the results showed that: The purpose of Subsidized housing loan is to help low-income communities in meeting their need for a place to stay. Procedures for granting mortgages include product introduction phase, filling the application form, interview, checking the data, On the spot, SP3K, realization of credit, and archiving data. Accounting Record Subsidized mortgage occurs when the client pays the fee process, monthly installment, Settlement, and Settlement accelerated
