- The puspose of this research to determine the role of the sales force in giving satisfaction to costumers. A good sales force would have the knowledge and supervision, but it does not mean in the eyes of the customer until the customer know how much you care sales force to customers or prospective customers sales force capable of providing a quality service every day so as to increase customer satisfaction. Keywords should be on hold is creativity and innovation the higher the sales force creativity and innovation, the higher the customer satisfaction. Sales force plays a very important in running the activity of selling products or services offered to customers or potential customers a good sales would need to have knowledge and insight, but it does not mean in the eyes of the costumer until the customer know how much you care sales force to customers or prospective customers. Sales force has a role on the quality of service that can affect customer satisfaction. Sales force capable of providing a quality service every day growing feel satistied. The key is to be held is creativity and innovation. The higher the sals force creativity and innovation, the higher the customer satisfaction. The method used is descriptive methods with techniques of data collection is not structured intervie, observation, literature, documents. This study uses primary data and secondary data
