- This study was conducted to determine the role of a major microcredit in assisting the debtor’s business developmant bjb bank branch Serang. This final report is based on the results of the intership will be undertaken in PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk Branch, Serang. The study lasted for two months from march until april 2015. Method used is to model the discussion of which is a non-descriptive hypotheses where the authors will describe and explain in a systematic, factual aand accurate information on a object under study. Source of data derived from interviews, literature and documentation, which is then processed into data and information in order to obtain a conclusion. The results obtained during the internship activities, it can be concluded that, the main micro-credit was instrumental in helping the development of the debtor’s business, especially the micro business
