- Durian (Durio Zibethinus Murr.) is rich in benefits than meat to enjoy the delicious fruit, plants, bark and seeds of durian also provide value benefits. Superior properties of the durian varieties Abu has a sweet and thick flesh but great seeding. Through tissue culture techniques with methods of somatic embryogenesis in mean creating durian Abu seedless varieties. The purpose of this research was to know the effect of growth regulators Thidiazuron with the addition of vitamin folic acid on the growth of callus explant endosperm Durian cv Abu in vitro. The design used in this research is completely randomized design (CRD). The combination of interaction of treatment with thidiazuron concentration T0 (0 mg / l), T1 (0,1 mg / l), T2 (0,2 mg / l), T3 (0,3 mg / l), folic acid concentrations A0 (0 mg / l), A1 (0,25 mg / l), A2 (0,5 mg / l), A3 (0,75 mg / l). The results showed that thidiazuron concentration of 0,3 mg/l is the concentration of the best in the embryo endospermik secondary time appear to an average value of 4,83 HST and the long embryo endospermik secondary at 1 MST with a mean value of 1,33 and at 4 MST with a mean value of 1,71. Folic acid supplementation of 0,5 mg/l is the concentration of the best in the number of embryo endospermik secondary at 3 MST to an average value of 1,25 and at 5 MST to an average value of 2,17.
