  • The aimed of this study is to analyze the perception and customer satisfaction of the marketing of vegetables at the District of Ciruas and night market. The method used in this study is survey method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The methode of sampling in this research using accidental sampling. To collect the data the writer used direct interview and give the questionnaires to respondents who purchase of vegetables at the night market. Data Analysis of this research of the analysis of perception used the average scores, while analysis of customer satisfaction used index of customer satisfaction and used scale likert measuring. Results of the research customer perceptions of vegetables to purchase vegetables at the night market of attribute vegetables counted sufficient good category and customer perceptions of market attributes night counted sufficient good category. While customer perception of vegetables to the purchase of vegetables in traditional markets Ciruas to attribute vegetable category is counted sufficient good and the customer perception of the attributes of traditional markets counted sufficient the category sufficient good satisfaction of customer against the marketing of vegetables at the night market for vegetable products gain value customer satisfaction index category are satisfied and customer satisfaction the night market is sufficient satisfied category. As for the customer satisfaction of vegetables in traditional markets Ciruas obtain customer satisfaction index score category are satisfied and to assess customer satisfaction to traditional markets gain customer satisfaction index score category are sufficient satisfied.
