- Bank is a service company that can support the whole program financing or payment both in raising funds and institutions that smooth the flow of money from the public. Bank has a function as a collector and serving services in the payment traffic and circulations of money in the community which aims at supporting the implementation of national development, in order to improve the distribution of economic growth and national stability towards improving people's welfare. Bank as a financial institution has its main business in the form of collecting funds from the public in the form of deposits which is then channeled back to the community in the form of credit. BTPN Purna Bakti is one of commercial bank that has a function of providing banking services and to assist in improving people’s living, especially pensionary. In terms of improving the standard of living of the people, BTPN provides banking products facility form the provision of pension credit. The aim of the study is to know about procedures and mechanisms that exist in BTPN Purna Bakti. The object of this research is the analysis of credit developments pension with guaranteed pension decree. The analytical method used by writer is descriptive method by collecting, compiling, classifying, analyzing the data so that it can provide a fairly clear explanation of the object under study and can be produced a conclusion and advice.
