PENGARUH MODAL DAN PEMBIAYAAN ARRUM TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN USAHA STUDI PADA PEGADAIAN SYARIAH CABANG SOLO BARU

- ABSTRACT The problem of research was the growth of business in society was higher but these entrepreneurs lack of business capital in the development of business. The purpose of this study was to analyze the capital and ARRUM financing effect on business development in the Pawnshop Syariah Solo Baru Branch. For the dependent variable (y) that was business development, for the independent variable (x) includes: capital (x1) and ARRUM financing (x2). This type of research was quantitative research, use non probability sampling technique with saturated sampling method. Data collection use questionnaires and analyzed use multiple regression through SPSS version 20 program. The population was ARRUM customer in Pownshop Syariah Solo Baru Branch, the sample was ARRUM customer by 127 customers. The result of multiple regression was Y = 5,438 + 0,332 X1 + 0,760 X2 + ℮. From the result of t test (partial), it wass found that capital has significant effect to business development equal to 2,904 and ARRUM financing has significant effect to business development equal to 9,949. And from the results of the F test (simultaneous) found that the capital and financing ARRUM jointly affect the business development of 176,549. Keywords: capital, ARRUM financing, business development. xii ABSTRAK Masalah dari penelitian adalah pertumbuhan usaha di masyarakat semakin tinggi namun para pengusaha ini kekurangan modal usaha dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah modal dan pembiayaan ARRUM berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan usaha di Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Solo Baru. Untuk variabel dependen (y) yaitu perkembangan usaha, untuk variabel independen (x) meliputi: modal (x1) dan pembiayaan ARRUM (x2). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode jenuh sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda melalui program SPSS versi 20. Populasinya adalah nasabah ARRUM di Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Solo Baru, sampelnya yaitu nasabah ARRUM yang masih mengangsur berjumlah 127 nasabah. Hasil dari regresi berganda yaitu Y = 5,438 + 0,332 X1 + 0,760 X2 + ℮. Dari hasil uji t (parsial) didapatkan bahwa modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan usaha sebesar 2,904 dan pembiayaan ARRUM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan usaha sebesar 9,949. Dan dari hasil uji F (simultan) didapatkan bahwa modal dan pembiayaan ARRUM secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan usaha sebesar 176,549.
