- Marriage is a bond between husband and wife physically and spiritually. In the marriage raises their rights and obligations including how to manage property that is property acquired during the marriage. Community property rights in marriage be together even though only one of the parties makes a living. Therefore, the necessary communication in the possession and use of common property so does not result in inequities that harm one of the spouses, especially women.
