  • Everyone longs for lasting marriage towards a family with tranquility, love, and mercy. In fact, a marriage does not always run smoothly. However, it sometimes ends with conflict and divorce. As the consequence, a divorce causes some conflicts, such as unequal division of marital property. Not all conflict related to the division of marital property has peaceful ending and reaches fair deal. Often, the conflict resolution of marital property is disadvantageous for one party, especially the wife. Many people choose to resolve the conflict of marital property through non-litigation method than litigation method.
