Within Islam does not teach things like that, just like that deem Islam as well as predicting something uncertain happen but instead believed as an indigenous people of the past. Islam does not recognize Neptu and custom calculations in Java, because it is not made of Islam. with this case compiler keen to investigate the incident in the village Tlogorejo, what is the background for the perception of the community so it does not dare to carry out the marriage of Muharram. Based on the analysis of existing data and use analysis of Islamic law. that understanding of the people about the ban's implementation of the law on marriage in the month of Muharram (Suro) this is only because the custom that has been done since ancient to the present. And it has been explained that it does not exist in Islamic law. Because the people in the village of Tlogorejo is still not understood about Islamic law about marriage.
