- ABSTRACT The aim of this reseacrh was to find out the effect of customer knowledge about office channeling toward banking interest in Syariah Bank. This research was a quantitative research. In this reseacrh, the population were all of the customers of BRI Kartasura. The sampling used random. Thechnique of analyzing the data used Simple Regression. The result of this research showed the knowledge of customers about office channeling had positive and sigfnificant effect toward interest in saving at Syariah Bank. It meant that if the knowledge of customers about office channeling is rising, therefore the customers‟s interest in saving at Syariah Bank is also rising. On the contrary, if the knowledge of customers about office channeling is descend, therefore the customer‟s interest in saving at Syariah Bank is also descend. Keywords: Bank Syariah Office Channeling and Interest Savings. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan nasabah tentang office channeling terhadap terhadap minat menabung di Bank Syariah.. Penelitian ini bersifat Kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Seluruh nasabah BRI Kartasura. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pengetahuan tentang office channeling berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap minat menabung di bank di bank syariah yang berarti semakin banyak pengetahuan nasabah tentang office channeling maka semakin meningkat minat menabung nasabah di bank syariah, begitu pula sebaliknya semakin sedikit pengetahuan nasabah tentang ofice channeling maka semakin menurun minat menabung nasabah di bank syariah. Kata kunci: Bank Syariah, Office Channeling dan Minat Menabung.
