  • ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of employee recruitment system, employee training and development, performance compensation to employee performance and employee engagement is applied as mediating variabel. About 200 employees were taken as sample. Simple random sampling is were applied in this study. Data analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) AMOS 20.0 is applied to identify the relationship among employee recruitment system, training and development, compensation, employee engagement, employee performance. The results show that employee recruitment system has no significant influence to employee engagement. Mainwhile the development and training on employee engagement has significant influence. Compensation on employee engagement has significant influence. And employee engagement significantly related to employee performance. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem perekrutan karyawan, pengembangan dan pelatihan karyawan, kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Sampel yang diambil yaitu 200 karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) AMOS 20.0, yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara sistem perekrutan karyawan, pelatihan dan pengembangan, kompensasi, employee engagement, dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil menunjukan bahwa sistem perekrutan karyawan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Sementara itu pengembangan dan pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap employee engagement. dan employee engagement memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
