- ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of total quality management (TQM) applying consisted of recognition and appreciation, teamwork, organizational culture, education and training, and organizational trust to employees job satisfaction of PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta. This research represent quantitatve research with population was all of PT Iskandar Indah Printing Tekstil Surakarta employees. The sample taking technique was using purposive sampling so obtained sample of 95 respondents. The dependent variable (y) in this study was employee’s job satisfaction. The independent variable (x) include: recognition and appreciation (x1), teamwork (x2), organizational culture (x3), education and training (x4), and organizational trust (x5). The data analysis method was using multippled regression linear analysis. As for data processing was using SPSS for Windows Release 20.0. The result showed was indicating that there were effect significant of total quality management (TQM) applying consisted of recognition and appreciation, teamwork, organizational culture, education and training, and organizational trust to employee’s job satisfaction of PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta as partially and also simultaneous. The result of analysis known that education and training variable have the influence more dominant compared than the others of total quality management (TQM) applying consisted of recognition and appreciation, teamwork, organizational culture, and organizational trust. Keyword: Total quality management (TQM) applying, recognition and appreciation, teamwork, organizational culture, education and training, organizational trust, employee’s job satisfaction ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh penerapan total quality management (TQM) yang terdiri dari penghargaan dan pengakuan, kerjasama tim, budaya organisasi, pendidikan dan pelatihan,dan kepercayaan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi adalah semua karyawan PT Iskandar Indah Printing Tekstil Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 95 responden. Variabel dependen (y) dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja karyawan. Variabel independen (x) meliputi: penghargaan dan pengakuan (x1), kerjasama tim (x2), budaya organisasi (x3), pendidikan dan pelatihan (x4), dan kepercayaan organisasi (x5). Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS for windows release 20.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan penerapan total quality management (TQM) yang terdiri dari penghargaan dan pengakuan, kerjasama tim, budaya organisasi, pendidikan dan pelatihan, dan kepercayaan organisasi baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Iskandar Indah Printing Tekstil Surakarta. Hasil analisis diketahui variabel pendidikan dan pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh lebih dominan dibandingkan variabel penerapan total quality management (TQM) lainnya yang terdiri dari penghargaan dan pengakuan, kerjasama tim, budaya organisasi dan kepercayaan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
