- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa akuntansi syariah IAIN Surakarta dalam mengikuti pendidikan brevet pajak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuntitatif yang dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Empat variable yang terdiri dari motivasi ekonomi, motivasi kualitas, motivasi karir, dan persepsi mengikuti brevet pajak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kualitas berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam mengikuti pendidikan brevet pajak, sementara motivasi ekonomi, motivasi karir,dan persepsi mahasiswa mengikuti brevet pajak tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya dorongan yang timbul dalam diri mahasiswa untuk memiliki dan meningkatkan kualitas diri serta kemampuannya dalam bidang yang ditekuninya. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the interest of sharia student accounting IAIN Surakarta in following education tax brevet. The type of this research is kuntitatif which is analyzed by multiple linear regression. Four variables consisting of economic motivation, quality motivation, career motivation, and perception follow the tax brevet. The results showed that the motivation of quality affects the interest of students in following the education tax brevet, while the economic motivation, career motivation, and the perception of students following the tax brevet has no significant effect. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the impulse arising in students to have and improve the quality of self and its ability in the field that ditekuninya.
