  • The purpose of this research is to obtain data on: 1). Development of Competencies in performance improvement for teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Falah Paths; 2) Barriers do Development Competence of teachers in improved performance teacher at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Falah Paths; 3) solutions in overcoming obstacles. Type of this research is descriptive qualitative method. The research was carried out in January until March 2016 at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Falah and the paths. The subject in this study teachers Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Falah and the paths. While the informants in this study was the principal, vice principal, Committee and students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Techniques of examination of the validity of the data using triangulation with the source. Data analysis techniques using interactive methods include data collection, data presentation, data reduction and withdrawal of the conclusion. Based on the results of the research note that: 1) of competence Development in improving teacher MI kinerga Al-Falah paths haven't been fullest. This is evidenced by the many teachers are still not fully do the four competency (personality, pedagogy, professional, and social) that in practice constitute a unified whole. Sorting into four of these, purely for ease of understanding it. Professional competence is actually a nucleus, as have other competence covers all. While the mastery learning materials widely and in depth more accurately with the mastery of the source materials (disciplinary content) or often referred to fields of study skills. This is a reference to the view that says that as the competent teachers who have (1) an understanding of the characteristics of the students, (2) mastery of the field of study, both in the scientific or educational institution, (3) the ability of the Organization of the learning that educate, and (4) the willingness and ability to develop professional and personal to ¬ ¬ 70s on an ongoing basis. 2) Resistance: the large number of demands of the madrasa to the teacher who in addition to auth teachers; the lack of coaching competencies that teachers will have to be owned by the teacher; as well as lack of awareness of personnel guru will be the competence of the teacher. 3) solution: do the coaching guru PAI by head of madrassa or madrasah supervisor; do the motivation, training, seminars, and workshops.
