- Improvement of education quality needs principal professionalism, teachers’ ability, management administration and improvement of facilities in teaching and learning process. This research aims at knowing: 1) Improvement of education quality at PAUD Fatimah. (2) Supporting factors in improving education quality at PAUD Fatimah Purbayan, Baki in District Sukoharjo. This research applied qualitative method and was conducted at PAUD Fatimah Purbayan, Baki in District Sukoharjo. This research was held for three months, starting on May until July 2015. Subjects of this research were principal, teachers, and students. Informants of this research were principal, teachers, students and administration staffs. Technique of data collection employed method of observation, interview, and documentation. Meanwhile, data validation used triangulation of source and method. Technique of data analysis used interactive model by data collection, data reduction, data display and verification. The result of this research shows: 1) Improvement of education quality at PAUD Fatimah Purbayan, Baki in District Sukoharjo, including improvement of activity of teachers, principal and management administration in joining any trainings, seminar, and also improvement of students is implemented by habituation and basic ability, so that they may have self-control and strong character. 2) The supporting factors of education quality improvement are school’s purpose, professional principal and teacher, management administration which is appropriate with its field, creative and intelligent students, facilities improvement, conducive environment, and also good relationship among teachers, parents, staff and other school units.
