- The purpose of this research is to obtain data on: 1) the leadership style of the head of the Madrasa against the performance of teachers, 2) supervision ability of the head of the Madrasa on performance of teachers, 3) the leadership style of the head of the Madrasa and the supervision ability on performance of teachers. Type of this research is quantitative korelasional. The research was carried out in January until February 2016 in MI Private Sub Sumberlawang. The population in this study are all teachers in private MI Sumberlawang totaling 37 people. Total sample includes all the population amounted to 37 people. Test the validity of the instrument using the formula product moment Correlation. Reliability test instrument using cronbach alpha formula. Technical data analysis using a test with the prerequisite that includes data normality test, test Multikolinieritas, Autocorrelation, Heteroskedastisitas. Based on the results of the research note that: 1) leadership style (X 1) effect on the performance of the teachers (Y) shown with the value thitung, 2,906. 2) supervision capability (X 2) has an impact on the performance of the teachers (Y) shown with the value thitung, and 2.560 3) together leadership style (X 1) and the ability of supervision (X 2) influential teacher performance significantly to (Y) that is represented by the equation Y = 0, 362X1 0 27.734, 366X2. Keberartian regression test results show the influence of leadership styles (X 1) and the ability of supervision (X 2), against the performance of teachers (Y), partially is significant, because thitung is greater than ttabel (2.560 > 2.036) or the probability that t is smaller than 0.05 (0.015 < 0.05). Keberartian regression test results simultaneously demonstrated the value of Fhitung is greater than Ftabel (3.276 < 14.532).
