  • ABSTRACT Teacher is vital to student’s successs in learning. This research aims to determine the influence of professional competence and pedagogy competetence of teachersto student achievementof islamic educationin SMK Farmako Medika Plus Caringin-Bogor. This research is a quantitative research using descriptive method. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire technic the variables professional competence and pedagogy competence of teachers and used documentation technic on variable students achievement. Data were analyzed using multiple regression formula. F test calculations showed that Fcount = 12,362 > Flist 6,95 with significancy 0,001 < 0,05. This count showed Fcount significant so Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Based on these result so Ha in this research is “have influence of professional competence and pedagogy competetence of teachersto students achievementof islamic educationin SMK Farmako Medika Plus Caringin-Bogor” accepted. Calculation result of R Squareis R2= 0,119 = 11,9 %. This result showed that variables of professional competence and pedagogy competence of teachers influenceto student achievement simultaneously 11,9 % and remain 88,1 % influence by other factors. Based on the above results it evidenced that there is a positive and significant influenceprofessional competence and pedagogy competetence of teachersto student achievementof islamic educationin SMK Farmako Medika Plus Caringin-Bogor. With this result more advance of professional competence and pedagogy competetence of teachers so more advance of student achievement.
