- This research aims at studying: 1. Class management of Salafiyah Islamic Senior High School in Tremas College. 2. The obstacles of applying class management in Salafiyah Islamic Senior High School in Tremas College. 3. The ways how to solve the problems and obstacles faced by Tremas Islamic college in applying class management. This research used qualitative method and was conducted in MuadalahSalafiyah Islamic Senior High School in Tremas Boarding College during 2014. The subjects for this research werechairman of majlisma’arif and headmaster of SalafiyahMu’adalah Islamic Senior High School in Tremas College. While the informants of this study were vice headmaster in curriculum, student affairs, treasurer, personnel and equipment. The data were collected through depth interview, observation and documentation. The validities of the data were checked through triangulation (method and source). The analysis of the data used an interactive model consisted of data sampling, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results show that: 1. Class managements of SalafiyahMuadalah Islamic Senior High School in Tremas consist of 5 components namely: (a). Curriculum management, (b). Student management, (c). employee management, (d). management of budgeting, and (e). equipment preservation management. All of the components work in harmony. 2. The obstacles faced in educational management operation are: the teacher regeneration process is too fast, sudden change of schedule ,human resources involved in the management of student in the quality and quantity still lacking, financial budgeting and applying are not synchronous yet, and Lack of classroom. 3. The solutions from problems described above are: more to lift the local teacher (about Pacitan),making a temporary schedule,improving the quantity and quality of human resource,suggesting the teacher to continue at Ma’hadAly, optimizing the financial resource from organization and making easier the procedure to apply for funding, and building a profit oriented enterprise.
