This research was conductedinMANWonogiri. The method usedinthis study is aquantitative correlation.Methods of data collectionusing a questionnaire(questionnaire).This techniqueis usedtoobtain data onreligiositymotivation andteacher performance,in particular bygivingquestionnaires to respondents. Conclusion of the study is (1) There is a correlation level of education and classroom management skills in Wonogiri MAN teacher in the school year 2015/2016. The results showed that the magnitude tcount amounted to 6.904 at the significance level of 0.000. The value ttabel for a sample of 45 is equal to (n-k, 2-way) 2.01808. This means that 6.904> 2.01808 then H0 means that independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. (2) There is a correlation tenure with first-class management capabilities in Wonogiri MAN teacher in the school year 2015/2016. The results showed that the magnitude tcount amounted to 11 112 at the significance level of 0.000. The value ttabel for a sample of 45 is equal to (n-k, 2-way) 2.01808. This means that 11 112> 2.01808 then H0 means that independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. (3) There is a correlation of the level of education and years of service simultaneously on the ability of teachers in classroom management at MAN Wonogiri school year 2015/2016. The results show the value of Fhitung 150 348 with significance level of 0,000. The value of F table for a sample of 45 (DF1 = k-1, DF2 = n-k) is 3:22 means that 90 190> 3.22 then H0 is rejected means jointly independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable.
