This research conducted at Eleventh Grade Students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten in The Academic Year of 2016/ 2017. The subject of this research was the eleventh grade English teacher of XI Science class. The researcher used the descriptive qualitative research design. Related to the problem of the study, the researcher wanted to find out the teaching process of Jigsaw technique in teaching reading comprehension, the problem faced, and the way of the teacher solving the problem faced. The researcher conducted on January to August 2017. The data was collected by using observation, interview, and document. The researcher took observation to know the real process of the teaching process. The interview was aimed to collect data related to the problem and solution during teaching process, the media used, and the teaching technique in teaching reading comprehension using Jigsaw technique. The documentation was used to collect the profile of the school, syllabus, and lesson plan. After collecting the data, the researcher analyzed the data found qualitatively. There are two findings in this research. First, the steps of the activities of teaching leraning process of Jigsaw technique in teaching reading comprehension, were opening, main activities (exploration, elaboration confirmation), and closing. Second, based on the interview with the teacher, the researcher found three problems faced and its solutions by the teacher from implementation of Jigsaw technique in teaching reading comprehension, they are: 1) The teacher much time to organize the group, situation become noisy, it could be solved by the teacher chose who was into in the every group. 2) The teacher was the class situation become noisy. It could be solved by the teacher reminding the students to have slow sound when they were giving opinion in discussing with their group. 3) The teacher did not monitor all groups at once. It could be solved by the teacher stood in the corner of the class, so she could monitor all of the students
