This research is conductedinIslamic Elementary School of GiriwoyoSubdistrict ofWonogiriwith 64totalpopulationsamples ofteachers. The research approachuses the approachquantitative correlation.Besides, methods of data collectionuses thequestionnaire. The analysis techniquesusemultiple regressionanalysis. It is concluded that (1) There is the influence of religiosity in the teacher performance of Islamic Elementary School in the GiriwoyoSubdistrict of Wonogiri on the academic year of 2015/2016. Based on the analysis of the data found that the value tcount amounted to 7.159 at the significance level of 0.000. The value ttabel to 64 samples is equal to (n-k, 2-way) 1.99962. This means if 7.159> 1.99962 H0 is avoided. It means that independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. In other words, it can be said that the teacher religiosity has positive effect to the teacher performance of Islamic Elementary School in the GiriwoyoSubdistrict of Wonogirion the academic year of 2015/2016. (2) There is a motivational influence to the teacher performance of Islamic Elementary School in the GiriwoyoSubdistrict of Wonogiri on the academic year of 2015/2016. Based on the analysis of the data, it is found that the magnitude tcountamounted to 14.364 at the significance level of 0.000. The value ttabelto 64 samples (n-k, 2-way) is approximately to 1.99962. This means that if 14.364> 1.99962 H0 is avoided. It is same with the independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. This means that work motivationborns positive effect to the techer performance of Islamic Elementary School in the GiriwoyoSubdistric on the academic year of 2015/2016. (3) There is the influence of religiosity and work motivation together on the teacher performance of Islamic Elementary School in the GiriwoyoSubdistrictDistrict of Wonogiri on the academic year of 2015/2016. Based on data analysis, it is found thatFhitung value of 150 348 with significance level of 0,000. The value Ftable to 64 samples (DF1 = k-1, DF2 = n-k) is a 3.15 means that 150 348>3.15 H0 is avoided. It means jointly independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. Other words, it can be said that the religiosity and work motivation born the positive effect on the teacher performance of Islamic Elementary School in the GiriwoyoSubdistrict on the academic school year of 2015/2016.
