Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh masih adanya kendala dalam pelaksanaan Program PPL Sistem Semi Block mengenai penjadwalan kuliah yang berjalan dengan pelaksanaan Program PPL Sistem Semi Block dan juga kegiatan-kegiatan kampus. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Persepsi Mahasiswa PAI Semester VII terhadap Program PPL Sistem Semi Block di Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Tahun Akademik 2016/2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan di IAIN Surakarta pada bulan Desember 2016 s/d Agustus 2017. Populasi adalah 388 mahasiswa PAI Semester VII di Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Tahun Akademik 2016/2017 dan sampel berjumlah 197. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket untuk mengukur variabel Persepsi Mahasiswa PAI Semester VII terhadap Program PPL Sistem Semi Block. Uji coba Instrumen Persepsi Mahasiswa PAI Semester VII terhadap Program PPL Sistem Semi Block menghasilkan 40 butir soal valid dari 42 butir soal. Uji reliabilitas instrumen persepsi mahasiswa terhadap PPL Sistem Semi Block menggunakan rumus Alfa cronbach diperoleh rhitung 0,736 > rtabel 0,361, artinya uji coba instrument Persepsi Mahasiswa PAI Semester VII terhadap Program PPL Sistem Semi Block dinyatakan reliabel. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan cara mencari prosentasenya. Hasil penelitian Persepsi Mahasiswa PAI Semester VII terhadap Program PPL Sistem Semi Block menunjukan bahwa: sebagian besar berada pada taraf sangat baik (51.26%), ini berarti bahwa sebagian besar atau hampir lebih dari separuh mahasiswa menilai bahwa Program PPL Sistem Semi Block sudah terlaksana dengan sangat baik. Kemudian sebagian berada pada kategori baik (31,97%), ini bermakna bahwa sebagian mahasiswa menilai Program PPL Sistem Semi Block sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Dan sebagian kecil pada kategori tidak baik (9,64%) yang berarti sebagian kecil mahasiswa menilai bahwa Program PPL Sistem Semi Block sudah terlaksana dengan tidak baik. Serta sedikit sekali yang berada pada kategori sangat tidak baik (7,10%.) hal ini berarti bahwa terdapat sedikit mahasiswa yang menilai Program PPL Sistem Semi Block sudah terlaksana dengan sangat tidak baik. This research is based on the existence of obstacles in the implementation of Semi Block PPL System Program about scheduling lectures that run with the implementation of PPL Program Semi Block System and also campus activities. The purpose of this study is to determine how big the Perception of Students PAI Semester VII to Program Semi Block PPL System in Faculty of Science Teaching and Teacher Academic Year 2016/2017. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Teaching and Teacher Training at IAIN Surakarta in December 2016 s / d August 2017. Population is 388 students of PAI Semester VII at the Faculty of Teaching and Academic Year Academic 2016/2017 and the sample amounted to 197. The technique of sampling using simple random Sampling. Data collection methods used in the form of a questionnaire to measure the variable of Student Perception PAI Semester VII to Semi Block System PPL Program. Trial of Student Perception Instrument of PAI Semester VII to Semi Block System PPL Program produces 40 items of valid question from 42 item. Student Perception of PAI Semester VII to Semi Block System PPL Program using the formula of Alfa Cronbach obtained rcounted 0,736> rtabel 0,361, it means test of instrument of perception of student of PAI Semester VII to Semi Block System PPL program is declared reliable. The collected data was analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis technique by finding the percentage. The results of the PAI Semester VII Student Perceptions of the Semi Block System PPL Program show that: most are at a very good level (51.26%), this means that most or almost more than half of students consider that the Semi Block System PPL Program has been implemented very well good. Then some are in good category (31.97%), this means that some students rate Semi Block System PPL Program has been done well. And a small part in the category is not good (9.64%) which means a small percentage of students judge that the Semi Block System PPL program has been done badly. And very little in the category is not very good (7.10%.) This means that there are few students who rate Semi Block System PPL Program has been done very badly.
