  • Abstract The aims of this research are to know the influence of : 1) the teacher’s perception on organizational culture toward the teacher’s performance, 2) achievement motivation toward the teacher’s performance, 3) the teacher’s perception about organizational culture and motivational achievement altogether toward the teacher’s performance. The population of this research were the teachers in State Junior High School One in Wonogiri Regency who taught in the academic year 2012/2013. All the population was taken to be sample. The method used in this study was survey by using correlation technique. Data was analyzed with correlation and preceded by test requirements: normality of data, the independency of independent variable, the linearity and the significancy of regression. The result of the research are : 1) there is a positive influence of the teacher’s perception on organizational culture with correlation coefficient value is 0,302 and the significance level is 0,016. The value of determination is 9,1 %, 2) there is positive influence achievement motivation toward the teacher’s performance with the correlation coefficient value 43,3 %, 3) there is positive influence of teacher’s perception toward organizational culture and achievement motivation altogether toward the teacher’s performance based on the significant test on regression equation with F observed = 17,942 greater than F table = 3,195 on the level of significant 0,05 the value of determination for both independent variables toward dependent variable is 43,3% Keyword : work motivation, level of education, and achievement of teachers’ work
