- Higher education is one of the formal institutions that carry out the function of improving the quality of human resources in Indonesia through education. In carrying out these functions, the college shall formulate and establish an annual budget of revenues and expenditure through budget system.The aim of this study is to analyze the process plan and implementations of income and expenditure budgets in Akademi Teknik Soroako (ATS).
