The study was conducted to see the profile picture of the development of learning by using instructional media presentation of a valid, practical, and effective; assessment practitioners / teachers to the media presentation science teaching physics that have been developed; learners response to media presentations that have been developed; effectiveness of the use of instructional media presentation IPA physics that have been developed as well as increased motivation of learners after being taught with instructional media presentation. The research was conducted in SMP Negeri 2 Tompobulu. Analysis of the data used is descriptive and qualitative analysis to calculate the total score and the average score either from the validator and the respondent. The desired product is a learning device that is valid and feasible for use. The products are: (1) lesson plan (RPP), (2) Worksheet learners (LKPD), and (3) learning media presentation. Analysis of keterlaksanaan learning and the media presentation to see how far the practicality of the program based on Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 and the device has been designed for field trials. From these results it can be said that all the components of the learning device that includes lesson plans, LKPD, media presentations along with assessment instruments meet the criteria of validity based on an assessment team of experts. Thus the device is being developed viable for use in teaching physics, especially in light of the material. Based on the results of research and development characteristics of the device found RPP, LKPD and media presentations that can improve motovasi learners.&#xD; &#xD; Keywords: Learning Media Presentation, Motivation&#xD; &#xD; ABSTRAK:&#xD; Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pengembangan model 4D yaitudefine, design, development, and dessiminate.
