- The partner in this program is KONI Pasangkayu Regency, while the problem faced by partners is still lack of knowledge about the factors of implementation of achievement sports programs and preparation of effective and efficient work programs. The targets of the counseling program are the administrators of the KONI Pasangkayu Regency and the Managers of the sports branch in Pasangkayu district. The method used Lectures, discussions and questions and answers. The results of the achievements are 1). Understand the Factors for implementing effective and efficient performance sports programs. 2). The administrators of the KONI Pasangkayu Regency and the sports branch administrators were able to arrange work programs, 3). Understand the supporting and inhibiting factors in achievement sports programs.
