The population was the employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Kantor Regional VII KTI (eastern part of Indonesia) of vocational education graduates. Samples were chosen by employing purposive sample; thus, 34 samples were the respondents. Data obtained from the study were analyzed using descriptive statistics and partial statistics analysis (correlation and regression).&#xD; The results of the study reveal that (1) work motivation of employees of vocational education graduates was 85 categorized as very good, (2) work discipline of employees of vocational education graduates was 86 categorized as very good, (3) work satisfaction of employees of vocational education graduates was 85 categorized as very good, (4) performance of employees of vocational education graduates was 83 categorized as very good (5) work motivation gives positive and significant influence by 64.4% on performance of employees, (6) work discipline gives positive and significant influence by 65.1% on performance of employees, (7) work satisfaction gives positive and significant influence by 70.8% on performance of employees, and (8) work motivation, work discipline, and work satisfaction collaboratively give positive and significant influence by 56.6% on performance of employees.
