  • ABSTRACT The institutions of school in order to organize their the educational management of cultural values, and for teachers primary school which they do not have a background talents in art so that they will be interested in learning art of dance training based on scientific, which correlated to the value of education management strategies that involving local cultures of all educators are included in the curriculum in 2013. The implementation of dance education in primary schools are still not effective. The working system that used participatory management is not optimal, because of the efforts of school motivation for educators are still low. Oversight performed by monitoring, observing, supervising, and communicate, and through reports and evaluations is not maximized, so that the attitudes and behaviors of learners do not all reflect of local values and spiritual values intact. Subjects art culture and craft intended that learners have the following capabilities; (1) Understand of the concept and the importance of arts cultural and skills; (2) showing the attitude of appreciation in arts cultural and skills; (3) Showing creativity throught arts cultural and skills; (4) Showing participation in arts cultural arts and skills into the local, regional, and global.
