The research subject consisted of teachers of elementary school, high school and vocational school from five different districts: Pare-pare, Bantaeng, Bulukumba, Barru and Takalar, The data collection was done by using a questionnaire. The result showed that teacher tried to improve their professional skills by doing some learning activities such as reading new articles on education and trying new learning strategy.
