- The arrangement of legal certainty of land use in investment, is done by issuing HGU, HGB or HP with a limited period of time and may be extended or renewed. However, legal uncertainty may occur when the concession period of HGU, HGB, or HP expires but the application for extension or renewal is not accepted rejected) so that the land, by- the laws, is controlled by the state. This brings about juridical impact that the productive ongoing company should be relocated or even closed so that it is clearly incompatible with the principle of sustainable investment and welfare of the people. Land use with HGU, HGB, or HP in Eco- Investment for the prosperity of the people should be based on integrated land use management with spatial planning (RTRW) of the regency / city government by determining the investment activity zone within the framework of a national land policy.
