Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia Branch of Sidoarjo.rnAnalysis technique used: Test Validity and reliability, multiple regression test, F test, t test.rnBased on the results of the study known Compensation (X1), Work Motivation (X2),rnsignificant effect on Employee Performance PT. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia Branch ofrnSidoarjo, seen from the test results F calculated calculated by 21.156 with a significance of 0,000rnCompensation (X1), Work Motivation (X2) partially affect Employee Performance EmployeesrnPT. Allianz Life Indonesia Insurance Branch Sidoarjo. The results showed that the motivation ofrnwork dominant influence Employee Performance Employees PT. Asuransi Allianz LifernIndonesia.
