- Training Song, Dance, and Karawitan is as basic as children's creativity in play of SD Wiropaten, Semanggai village, district Pasar Kliwon, Surakarta. This is one activity that is carried out in an effort to implement the three responsibilities of Higher Education at the third point, namely Community Service. This form of Community Service activity is the training of the song, karawitan, and dance. The material is determined by expectations after completion of training, students can play musical properly. Material dance, song and karawitan determined by the basic ideas, new trainee little equipped to play karawitan and song. so that children do not get bored in receiving training songs and karawitan, we gave a little bit dance to children. The main principle of this training is to make students in SD Wiropaten like Javanese karawitan and songs of the past. The work done involving elementary students be able to Javanese gamelan and songs of the past. In order to make the students’ spirit of the exercise, define a practical learning method and can make students’ practice spirit. In practice, the learning situation and students’ psychology is a top priority. It is expected that students can attend training with pleasure and still serious. The results that have been achieved, the children could do Javanese gamelan with songs that are tailored to the correct gamelan percussion.
