- This thesis discusses about the social history of sociological approach, in order to examine the social flaming that occurred in the Paseban village, by the plan of the iron sand mining in the coastal of Paseban village. The flaming of society cause of IUP exploration and IUP exploitation is published by the administration regency through kadisperindag of Jember to the investor, without excute of public consultation (local approval). Wide spread conflict due to a lack of communication between government and society, especially in the mining plan. Be said that the government not make a clear chois to response to occur, Antil causing disappointment Paseban society and ended up doing an anarchist actions quite disturbin and detrimental to all parties.
