- The fluctuative productivity of Arabica coffee will influence the business feasibility. Thence, doing the financial feasibility of Arabic coffee plantation agribusiness is important. This research intends to know the financial feasibility of Arabica coffee plantation agribusiness and the sensitivity of Arabica coffee plantation agribusiness toward the changing estimations of input price, output price and production. Area determination of the research is purposive, that is in PTPN XII Kebun Blawan Kabupaten Bondowoso. The method used in this research is descriptive analytic method. Analysis method used are (1) Benefit PV (2) Net B/C and Gross B/C (3) Internal Rate of Return (4) payback Period and Break Even Point (5) sensitivity. The result of the analysis shows that Arabica coffee plantation agribusiness in PTPN XII Kebun Blawan Kabupaten Bondowoso financially feasible to be done. Sensitivity analysis toward Arabica in XII Kebun Blawan Kabupaten Bondowoso. Shows that the changing of the decreasing of coffee price, the increasing of production expenses and decreacity of the production number influence the level of business feasibility.
