- The aim of this research wa to compare the quality of Frisien Holstein (FH) frozen semen bull using extender from various artificial center in Indonesia. Fifteen ejaculates from 3 FH bulls were collected using artificial vagina twice a week. Collected semen then evaluared macro artificial insemination center 1 (BIB I); II (BIB II); commercial extender andromed (minitab, Germany) based on Soya lecitin (KK) and tris egg yolk extender (TF), original receipt from faculty of Veterinary Medicine, IPB.
