Those aphids were collected on their respective plant species in locations around Bogor, Cipanas, Lembang. Pangalengan and Garut, with varying elevation from 200 m to 1360 m above sea level. Twenty two aphids species were identified from 15 solanaceous species, nine species of which have solanaceous plant as their true hosts.
