Key Word: extract, jarak tintir leaf, jarak pagar leaf, antibactery ability, Bacillus subtilis Jarak tintir (Jatropha multifida L.) and jarak pagar (Jatropha curcas L.) leafes are contains of chemical compounded such as tannin, flavonoide, alcoloide, and saponine. It was indicated can to block bactery growth, include Bacillus subtilis that lived in injury area, so the injury difficult to dry. This condition can make injury was imflammation and infection. This research have purpose to know the effect from jarak tintir and jarak pagar leafes extract to block B. subtilis growth. The method that used in this research is Agar Diffusion Method with RAL desing and single anava statistic analyze, then continued by BNT test that have 1% and 5% significance level. The result of this research are There are concentrations effect of jarak tintir and jarak pagar leafes extract to blocked of B. subtilis growth, which is 100% is the highest antibactery concentration but not real different with 90%.
